THE SCHOOL CONTINUES TO TAKE THE POSITION THAT THE FACTS SUPPORT EXCLUSION FROM TAXABLE INCOME. THE HEAD OF SCHOOL'S CONTRACT INCLUDES A CLEANING STIPEND FOR THE RESIDENCE THAT THE SCHOOL PROVIDES HIM. THE CONTRACT INDICATES THAT BECAUSE THE HEAD OF SCHOOL WILL BE REQUIRED TO PERIODICALLY USE THIS RESIDENCE TO HOST SCHOOL FUNCTIONS/EVENTS, THE SCHOOL WILL PAY A CLEANING SERVICE TO KEEP THE HOUSE CLEAN. THIS AMOUNT PAID DIRECTLY TO A CLEANING SERVICE IS NOT REFLECTED AS TAXABLE INCOME ON THE HEAD OF SCHOOL'S W-2. THE HEAD OF SCHOOL RECEIVES THE FOLLOWING TAXABLE BENEFITS THAT ARE REPORTED AS TAXABLE INCOME ON HIS FORM W-2: TUITION ASSISTANCE FOR HIS CHILD AND AN AUTO ALLOWANCE.
