In addition to these events, the DIA Annual Meeting, the leading global conference on pharmaceutical information and education, attracted over 6,700 participants from the US and across the world. In 2013, DIA conducted 92 workshops and training courses across Europe, attracting over 3,100 participants. In addition, the Annual DIA Euro Meeting, which attracted over 2,200 participants, is recognized as one of the premier forums for exchange of information in the European medical/pharmaceutical community. In 2013, DIA conducted 14 educational events in Japan, attracting over 2,300 participants from Japan and other countries. In 2013 DIA conducted 6 educational events in India, with participation of over 700 persons. In 2013, DIA conducted 11 events in China, attracting over 1,700 participants . In addition, DIA conducted 1 educational program events in Latin America, with participation of over 360 persons.
