BONAVENTURE UNIVERSITY COLLECTIONS INCLUDE OVER 3,000 WORKS OF ART DATING FROM SEVERAL HUNDRED YEARS BEFORE THE BIRTH OF CHRIST INTO THE 21ST CENTURY, REPRESENTING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN, ASIAN AND MESOAMERICAN CULTURES. THE COLLECTIONS INCLUDE PAINTINGS, SCULPTURE, POTTERY, GLASS, WOODCARVINGS, DRAWINGS AND OTHER WORKS ON PAPER IN ALL PRINT MEDIA. AN INSTALLATION OF OVER 250 WORKS ARE ON PERMANENT DISPLAY AUGMENTED BY TEN OR MORE ADDITIONAL TEMPORARY EXHIBITIONS PRODUCED YEARLY FROM BOTH LOAN SOURCES AND THE UNIVERSITY'S OWN HOLDINGS.
