TRADITIONAL SCOUTING -- SIX PROGRAMS PROVIDING AGEAPPROPRIATE EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR BOYS AND YOUNG ADULTS TOBUILD CHARACTER, TO TRAIN IN THE REPONSIBILITIES OF PARTICIPATINGCITIZENSHIP, AND TO DEVELOP PERSONAL FITNESS.
