ONCE THE ENDOWMENT HAS REACHED A VALUE OF $500,000, EXPENDITURES MAY BEGIN.THE ENDOWMENT FUND MAY BE USED FOR EXPENDITURES DEEMED APPROPRIATE AND NECESSARY BY MANAGEMENT. HOWEVER, EXPENDITURES MUST BE REQUESTED BY MANAGEMENT AND MUST BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY MAJORITY VOTE OF THE ENDOWMENT COMMITTEE.
