THE INDIVIDUAL MUST HAVE EARNED A BACCALAUREATE OR EQUIVALENT OR HIGHER DEGREE FROM A QUALIFIED PROGRAM IN ENGINEERING, PHYSICAL SCIENCE, OR ARTHITECTURE OFFERED BY AN ACCREDITED UNIVERSITY OR COLLEGE OR HAVE HAD AT LEAST FIVE YEARS EXPERIENCE IN NOISE CONTROL ENGINEERING INVOLVING RESEARCH, INSTRUCTION, PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE, OR ANY COMBINATION THEREOF AND THEY HAVE TO HAVE AN ENDORSEMENT FROM A CURRENT FULL MEMBER.
ELECTION OF MEMBERS AND THEIR RIGHTS	FORM 990, PAGE 6, PART VI, LINE 7A	MEMBERS ELECT THE OFFICERS AND BOARD OF DIRECTORS. IF THE MEMBERS DISAPPROVE OF THEIR ACTIONS, IT IS THE MEMBERS DUTY TO NOT RE-ELECT THE OFFICERS AND BOARD OF DIRECTORS AT THE ANNUAL MEETING.
