IT TYPICALLY RECEIVES A BENCHMARKING REPORT FROM AN OUTSIDE CONSULTANT, WHICH COMPARES THE COMPENSATION DATA TO OTHER SIMILAR CHARITIES. THE COMMITTEE THEN MAKES ITS RECOMMENDATIONS TO THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE. THE SECOND STAGE OF THE PROCESS IS THE PRESENTATION OF THE EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION COMMITTEE'S FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS TO THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE. THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE CONSIDERS AND DISCUSSES THE RECOMMENDATIONS, AND THEN TAKES A VOTE ON COMPENSATION.
