ORGANIZATION'S PROCESS USED TO REVIEW FORM 990	FORM 990, PAGE 6, PART VI, LINE 11B	THE FOUNDATIONS TAX RETURN IS PREPARED BY AN INDEPENDENT ACCOUNTING FIRM, THAT IS DIFFERENT FROM THE ACCOUNTING FIRM WHOM COMPLETED THE AUDIT. ONCE THE TAX RETURN PREPARATION IS COMPLETED, THE TREASURER AND EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR ARE PROVIDED COPIES OF THE TAX RETURN FOR REVIEW, PRIOR TO THEM SUBMITTING COPIES OF THE TAX RETURN TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS FOR APPROVAL. THE TAX RETURN IS THEN FILED ONLY AFTER IT HAS BEEN APPROVED BY THE BOARD.
