THE CORPORATE ATTORNEY LOOKS AT COMPARABLE SALARIES AND MAKES A RECOMMENDATION BASED UPON HIS REVIEW OF VARIOUS AVAILABLE INFORMATION AS WELL AS OTHER LIKE ORGANIZATIONS AVAILABLE BY PUBLIC DISCLOSURE REGULATIONS. THE PRESIDENT HAS AN EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT APPROVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND IS UPDATED AND APPROVED ANYTIME THERE ARE ANY CHANGES. AT LEAST ANNUALLY THE CORPORATE ATTORNEY GOES THROUGH THE PRESIDENT'S CONTRACT ITEM BY ITEM TO BE SURE ALL ARE AWARE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. THE TERM IS USUALLY EVERY THREE YEARS.
