Description	MACON VOLUNTEER CLINIC (MVC) PROVIDES FREE PRIMARY MEDICAL AND DENTAL CARE, AS WELL AS MEDICATION ASSISTANCE TO UNINSURED WORKING ADULTS OF BIBB COUNTY GEORGIA. ALL PATIENTS LIVE AT OR BELOW 200% OF THE FEDERAL POVERTY LEVEL. LOCAL PHYSICIANS AND HEALTH CARE WORKERS VOLUNTEER TO PROVIDE SERVICES FREE OF CHARGE. DURING 2011 PHYSICIANS PROVIDED 2035 HOURS AND NURSES PROVIDED 2176 HOURS OF DONATED SERVICES TO THE CLINIC. IN 2011, WE EXPERIENCED A 20% GROWTH IN OUR PATIENT ROSTER. MVC PROVIDED 5,010 PATIENT VISITS TO 928 PATIENTS. OUR PATIENT DEMOGRAPHIC IS AS FOLLOWS: GENDER: 707 - FEMALE; 221 - MALE AGE: 2- 18 YRS; 876 - 19-59 YRS; 50 - 60-64 YRS RACE: 653-AFRICAN AMERICAN; 254-CAUCASIAN; 14-HISPANIC; 3-ASIAN; 4-OTHER	Description
