Schedule F, Part I, Line 2: Hope Unlimited retains a very close relationship with Esperansa Sem Limites in Brazil. Our CEO maintains an office at the headquarters of the organization. He reviews their financial statements on a regular basis. Our President visits their campuses at least three times each year. A full report of their activities is presented at each meeting of the Board of Hope Unlimited.

Form 990, Part VII, Section A, Line 1a:	Compensation reported in column D is the amount reported on the individual's W-2, box 1 or 5 (whichever amount is greater) per the IRS instrucutions. In the case of minister's compensation when box 5 of the W-2 is not applicable box 1 compensation is used. Employee deferrals to qualifed retirement plans are normally captured in box 5, not box 1 of Form W-2. For reporting purposes we have included the employee's retirement plan deferrals with the box 1 compensation for the listed minister, following the IRS compensation reporting gird in the Form 990 instructions.
