THIS GUIDANCE REQUIRES ENTITIES TO ASSESS THEIR TAX POSITIONS FOR THE LIKELIHOOD THAT THEY WOULD BE OVERTURNED UPON INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE (IRS) EXAMINATION OR UPON EXAMINATION BY STATE TAXING AUTHORITIES. IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS GUIDANCE, THE CLUB HAS ASSESSED ITS TAX POSITIONS AND DETERMINED THAT IT DOES NOT HAVE ANY POSITIONS AT DECEMBER 31, 2011, THAT IT WOULD BE UNABLE TO SUBSTANTIATE. PRIOR TO IMPLEMENTATION, DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS WERE GOVERNED BY THE GUIDANCE FOR CONTINGENCIES.
