Description	Constructed 42 clean water projects (Wells) in Africa (primarily in Kenya and Tanzania). International Director (ID) travels to Africa multiple times per year for several weeks at a time training the indigenous staff for drill and digging wells and repairing hand pumps. Hand pump repair training. Locals who show leadership skills are singled out by the ID and enter a Leadership Training Program. 85% of the ID airline fare is allocated to this grant category. The ID is also the Purchasing Agent for materials and equipment for the Africa Operations part of these grants 50% of the salary of the ID is allocated to this category.	Description

Description	Multiple Training Seminars were held in various parts of Kenya including the Kuria School District in Kenya where over 125 schools were represented Over 200,000 students are now receiving training from the curriculum we developed for Kenya and Tanzania. The Curriculum was written, published, printed and distributed through this grant. An indigenious staff of 5 full time Social Workers were employed and deployed through this grant. International Director (ID) oversees this program and travels to Africa with teams of volunteer teachers who team-train Social Workers. 15% of the ID airline fare is allocated to this grant category. 50% of the salary of the ID is allocated to this category.
