Description	The Public Information program provides information to teachers, parents, the press and the general public about evolution education. Projects include: Resource Center. Fliers. Teacher education. NCSE's out reach is national, with additional impact worldwide. In 2011, NCSE responded to 693 over-the transom requests for information and advice. During the year, NCSE staff conducted 60 lectures, workshops, and presentation: participated in 32 public media presentations (radio, podcasts, TV/video): and provided consulting services to 19 different organizations. Description	The Publications & Internet Media program provides information, in print and on the internet, about current events and their background in the creation/evolution and climate change controversies. Six issues of NCSE's journal, RNCSE, with a circulation of 5,000 copies per issue, were e-published in 2011 with hard copy supplements and distributed to members worldwide. NCSE's website and related communications vehicles reach a wide audience. In 2011, the primary website www.ncse.com had over 640,000 unique visitors viewing over 1,350,000 pages. It has not been necessary to engage ouside consultants or "headhunters", because the pool of applicants qualified in both managerial skills and scientific understanding of the issues is relatively small.
