EXAMPLES OF TAX POSITIONS INCLUDE THE TAX-EXEMPT STATUS OF THE COOPERATIVE, AND VARIOUS POSITIONS RELATED TO THE POTENTIAL SOURCES OF UNRELATED BUSINESS TAXABLE INCOME (UBIT).
