COMMUNICATION WITH THE OUTSIDE AUDITOR TAKES PLACE IF THERE IS NEED FOR CLARIFICATION ON ANY FINANCIAL RECONCILIATION/REPORTING. THE FISCAL DIRECTOR AND EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR MEET WITH THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS FINANCE COMMITTEE PRIOR TO THE NEXT SCHEDULED BOARD MEETING, AND AN IN-DEPTH REVIEW OF THE FORM OCCURS. TEN DAYS PRIOR TO THE NEXT SCHEDULED BOARD MEETING, ALL BOARD MEMBERS RECEIVE A DRAFT COPY OF THE FORM FOR REVIEW. DISCUSSION AND RATIFICATION TAKE PLACE AT THE BOARD MEETING, AND FORM 990 IS THEN FILED.
ENFORCEMENT OF CONFLICTS POLICY	FORM 990, PAGE 6, PART VI, LINE 12C	THE ORGANIZATION'S BUSINESS OFFICE AND MANAGEMENT STAFF HAS REGULARLY SCHEDULED MEETINGS. ANY CONFLICTS OR POTENTIAL CONFLICTS ARE DISCUSSED AT THAT TIME. IN ORDER TO ASSURE THERE ARE NO CONFLICTS ON PURCHASES, ALL PURCHASES OVER 500 REQUIRE MULTIPLE BIDS AND WRITTEN ASSURANCE OF NO CONFLICTS.
