| Part X: | Description of Uncertain Tax Positions Under FIN 48: | Financial statement footnote included in the consolidated financial statements: The Company adopted the provisions of ASC 740-10, Income Taxes, (which includes FIN 48, Accounting for Uncertainty in Income Taxes) on July 1, 2007. Under ASC 740-10, an organization must recognize the tax benefit associated with tax positions taken for tax return purposes when it is more-likely-than-not that the position will be sustained. The implementation of ASC 740-10 had no impact on the Company's consolidated financial statements. The Company does not believe there are any unrecognized tax benefits that should be recorded. No interest or penalties were accrued as of July 1, 2007 as a result of the adoption of ASC 740-10. For the years ended June 30, 2010 and 2009, there was no interest or penalties recorded or included in the consolidated statements of activities. The Company is still open to examination by taxing authorities from fiscal year 2007 forward. |
