| Explanation | Schedule I, Part I, Line 2: All students who are applying for Federal financial aid are required to complete the FAFSA and the Gordon-Conwell financial aid application. The information obtained from these documents is used by the Financial Aid Office to determine eligibility of Federal and institutional aid. To assist with determining their eligibility, each student is assigned an institutional budget for the cost of attendance. This budget includes tuition, books and fees, room and board, health insurance, transportation, and a miscellaneous category. In general, Gordon-Conwell scholarships are either need-based or merit-based and any Gordon-Conwell aid that is awarded is factored into the eligibility for Federal aid. | Explanation |
