MANAGER AND, IF WARRANTED, NOTIFY THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF SUCH CONFLICT. THE SUPERVISOR WILL WORK WITH THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OR STRATEGIC SR. MANAGEMENT TO DETERMINE IF ACTION IS REQUIRED.
