UPON APPROVAL, CRITTENTON MANAGEMENT MAY APPROPRIATE A LIMIT OF NET INVESTMENT INCOME EARNED BY THE FUND IN ANY GIVEN YEAR FOR EXPENDITURE IN TOTAL, OR IN PART, IN ANY SUBSEQUENT YEAR.
