THE JOB PERFORMANCE OF EACH MEMBER OF TOP MANAGEMENT IS REVIEWED TWICE A YEAR. THESE PERFORMANCE EVALUATIONS ARE USED, ALONG WITH OTHER EVALUATIVE METHODS TO ASSESS PERFORMANCE. THESE RESULTS ARE USED BY THE IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL TO MAKE A RECOMMENDATION FOR THE SALARY AND BONUS. THESE RECOMMENDATIONS ARE THEN REVIEWED BY THE HEAD OF SCHOOLS AND THEN SENT TO THE COMPENSATION COMMITTEE FOR FINAL ADJUSTMENT OR APPROVAL.
