ISMI'S PROGRAM PORTFOLIO INCLUDES DEFECT METROLOGY, RESOURCE AND ENERGY CONSERVATION, E-MANUFACTURING STANDARDS, EQUIPMENT AND FAB PRODUCTIVITY, AND A SUITE OF INDUSTRY SPECIFIC COUNCILS AND WORKSHOPS.
