Disclosures required from members of the board of officers of the organization under this policy shall be directed to the President of the board who shall be responsible for the administration of this policy as it applies . If a conflict of interest is determined to exist, the individual in question may take no part in the decisions to which the conflict relates, and the President may prohibit the activity giving rise to the conflict. At each meeting if a member feels they have a conflict with the agenda the member must abstain from voting. |

The reveiw process is done annually in December.It was done in December 2009. Salary increases are approved in December for the prior July salary increases. The committee relies on changes in cost of living and increases given by comparable organizations in determining annual employee increases for all staff members(including the CEO). |
