THE ADOPTION OF THAT GUIDANCE DID NOT RESULT IN THE RECOGNITION OF ANY UNRECOGNIZED TAX BENEFITS AND THE ORGANIZATION HAS NO UNRECOGNIZED TAX BENEFITS AT JUNE 30, 2010. THE ORGANIZATION'S U.S. FEDERAL AND STATE INFORMATION RETURNS PRIOR TO FISCAL YEAR 2007 ARE CLOSED AND MANAGEMENT CONTINUALLY EVALUATES EXPIRING STATUTES OF LIMITATIONS, AUDITS, PROPOSED SETTLEMENTS, CHANGES IN TAX LAW AND NEW AUTHORITATIVE RULINGS. IF THE ORGANIZATION HAD UNRELATED BUSINESS INCOME TAXES IT WOULD RECOGNIZE ANY INTEREST AND PENALITIES ASSOCIATED WITH TAX MATTERS AS PART OF THE INCOME TAX PROVISION AND INCLUDE ANY ACCRUED INTEREST AND PENALTIES WITH THE RELATED TAX LIABILITY IN THE STATEMENTS OF FINANCIAL POSITION.
