The final return is then presented to the audit committee of the Board of Directors by the Chief Financial Officer. The Committee reviews and discusses the Form 990 and related schedules. Upon satisfactory completion of the Committee's review, a resolution is passed authorizing the Chief Financial Officer to sign the Form 8879-EO. A final draft is then distributed to the full board before filing the return. The return is then filed electronically. |
