In 2010, the Executive Committee consisted of 10 members. The Executive Committee shall have the power to consider all matters of supervision and control of the business, property and affairs of the Coalition, and to make recommendations in regard to said supervision and control to the full Board and shall have such other powers as the Board may from time to time prescribe. All recommendations of the Executive Committee shall be subject to a majority vote of the directors at the next meeting of the Board. In the interim period between the promulgation of the recommendations of the Executive Committee and said meeting of the directors, the Coalition shall abide by the recommendations of the Executive Committee.
