THE MISSION OF THE HEROES CLUB IS TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, RESOURCES AND A FORUM FOR EXPRESSION OF APPRECIATION FOR THE PUBLIC SAFETY OFFICERS SERVING THE CITY OF CARMEL.
