THE PURPOSE OF THE CORPORATION IS TO SUPPORT FRONT PORCH COMMUNITIES AND SERVICES (FPC&S), A CALIFORNIA NONPROFIT PUBLIC BENEFIT CORPORATION, AND THE CENTER FOR TECHNOLOGY, INNOVATION AND WELLBEING (CTIW), A CALIFORNIA NONPROFIT PUBLIC BENEFIT CORPORATION.
