TO DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN A HOUSING PROJECT THAT HELPS TO MAKE RENTING AND COOPERATIVE OWNERSHIP ACCESSIBLE TO MODERATE AND MIDDLE INCOME FAMILIES IN NEW YORK STATE UNDER THE STATE'S MITCHELL-LAMA PROGRAM.
