THE OKLAHOMA SOCCER ASSOCIATION PROMOTES SOCCER IN OKLAHOMA THROUGH EDUCATION, TRAINING, DEVELOPMENT, AND ADVANCEMENT OF PLAYERS, COACHES, REFEREES, AND THOSE WHO SUPPORT AND PROMOTE THE GAME.
