THE MISSION OF THE FOUNDATION IS TO INITIATE PROGRAMS, PROJECTS, AND ACTIVITIES THAT WILL INFORM, EDUCATE, SUPPORT, AND ENGAGE THE CITIZENS IN DESOTO COUNTY COMMUNITIES TO ENHANCE THEIR QUALITY OF LIFE
