| Explanation | The ICSEE works with a registered Tanzian non-profit organization. The manager of the Tanzanian non-profit submits regular reports of actions and plans for use of funds to the ICSEE and the plans are evaluated and funded when approved. The ICSEE president goes frequently to Tanzania to monitor and advise with regard to all activities. The work in Malawi is overseenby an American scientist and engineer who is a volunteer and like the ICSEE president visits the project often.
