| LATE ELECTRONIC FILING EXPLAINATION AND PENALTY ABATEMENT REQUEST: | THE ORGANIZATION CHANGED ITS ACCOUNTING PERIOD FROM A JUNE 30TH YEAR-END TO A MAY 31ST YEAR-END STARTING WITH THE 7/1/20 - 5/31/21 REPORTING PERIOD AS REFLECTED ON THIS 990 FILING. AT THE TIME OF THE ORIGINAL TIMELY FILED PAPER FILING OF THIS 990 ON 10/27/21 WE WERE UNABLE TO ELECTRONICALLY FILE THE FORM 990 DUE TO SOFTWARE LIMITATIONS AND THEREFORE WERE EXEMPT FROM THIS REQUIREMENT PER SECTION 1.6.2.3 OF IRS PUBLICATION 4164. HOWEVER, THE ORIGINAL PAPER FILED RETURN WAS NOT PROCESSED BY THE IRS DISPITE THIS EXEMPTION LEADING TO SEVERAL CORRESPONDENCE LETTERS BEING SENT IN AN ATTEMPT TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE, BUT WERE NOT SUCCESSFUL.
