Explanation	The Organization in Uganda submits Annual Grant Requests to the US Board that support each of the primary Program Service areas in December of the current year for the upcoming year. The US Board o0f Directors reviews each of the Grant Requests asks clarifying questions if necessary checks all calculations and then approves each Grant Request individually. Month funding requests are then submitted by the Uganda Organization against each approved Grant Request. The US Board approves by email the monthly funding requests and the US Trerassuirer sets up the wire or wires to be sent typically around the 19th of the month. Each month the US Board receives a report from Uganda that reconciles the am,ount received by wire with the expenditures for the month. In addition to insure that the Uganda Staff is receiving the funds sent for salaries each Staff member is required to sign an acknowledgement that they received the full amount of their take-home salary and the US Treasurer receives the signed acceptance list for the previous month before funds for salaries NSSF and Taxes are released in the monthly wire.
