All elections, whether at the federal, state, or local level, are disproportionately affected by those with the most money to spend on campaign contributions. In judicial elections, moneyed interests are working to stack the courts with judges who support their political or commercial interests. Meanwhile, more and more Americans are being excluded from participation by growing limits on voter access and voting rights.
