| Explanation | TAXPAYER IS FILING THIS RETURN LATE. THE FORMER TAX PREPARER PASSED AWAY AROUND THE TIME OF THE ORIGINAL DUE DATE OF THE RETURN - MAY 15, 2017. THE TAXPAYEER HAD RELIED ON THE FORMER PREPARER TO FILE AN EXTENSION ON ITS BEHALF. DURING THE PROCESS OF SECURING A NEW TAX PREPARER, IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT NO EXTENSION WAS FILED FOR THE 2016 TAX RETURN.DURING THE PROCESS OF PREPARING THE FORM 990 FOR 2016, THE TAXPAYER AND THE PREPARER WERE AFFECTED BY HURRICANE HARVEY.
