| Description | Constructed 30 clean water projects (wells) in Africa (primarily in Kenya and Tanzania). International Director (ID) travels to Africa miltiple times per year for severa weeks at a time training the indigenous staff for drill and digging wells and repairing hand pumps. Hand pump repair training. Locals who show leadership skills are singled out by the ID and enter a Leadership Training Program. 85% of the ID airlinge fare is allocated to this grant category. The ID is also the Purchasing Agent for materials and equpment for the Africa Operations part of these grants. 40% of the salary of the ID is allocated to this category. | Description |

| Description | Multiple Training Seminars were held in various parts of Kenya including the Kuria School District in Kenya where over 125 schools are represented. Over 200,000 students are now receiving training from the curriculum we developed for Kenya and Tanzania. The Curriculum was written, published, printed and distributed through this grant. An indigenious staff of 5 full time Social Workers were employed and deployed through this grant. Our curriculum is available on our web site free of charge. Part VI Line 11 - The Board of Directors receive a complete copy of the 990 and review and approve it before filing each year. Part VI line 12c - The Board of Directors discusses regularly the desire to keep free from even the hint of impropriety in all areas of personal benefit from the organization. There is great effort to maintain com- pliance of, our conflict of interest policy.
