The policy is reviewed annually with new board members at the new board member orientation. Current board members are encouraged to attend and review at that time. The conflict of interest policy is reviewed with new employees at their orientation and monitored through monthly supervisory meetings and bi-annual performance reviews. However, in either case, any conflict of interest is addressed immediately when any issue arises. In Aug 2011, trustees and staff reviewed and signed an annual conflict of interest statement. |
