| Part X: | Description of Uncertain Tax Positions Under FIN 48: | Effective July 1, 2009, the Company adopted FASB authoritative guidance on accounting for uncertainty in income taxes. The guidance clarifies the accounting for the recognition and measurement of the benefits of individual tax positions in the consolidated financial statements. Tax positions must meet a recognition threshold of more-likely-than-not in order for the benefit of those tax positions to be recognized in the Company's consolidated financial statements. The Company has determined that it does not have any material unrecognized tax benefits or obligations as of June 30, 2010 and the adoption of the guidance did not have a material effect on the Company's consolidated financial position or results of operations. Interest and penalties related to income tax assessments, if any, are reflected in program and supporting services in the accompanying statement of activities. Fiscal years ending on or after June 30, 2009 and June 30, 2007 remain subject to examination by federal and state tax authorities, respectively. |
