THE COMMITTEE ACTS AS THE CUSTODIAN FOR JAZZ AT LINCOLN CENTER'S OVERALL COMPENSATION PHILOSOPHY. THE OVERALL COMPENSATION ADJUSTMENTS ARE INCORPORATED IN THE ANNUAL BUDGET PROCESS AND APPROVED BY THE FINANCE AND EXECUTIVE COMMITTEES BEFORE BEING RATIFIED BY THE FULL BOARD.
