| Schedule J, Part I, Line 4 | Idaho Central deposited funds into a life insurance policy on the participants' life, and subject to the policy generating values, the participant can borrow from the policy. At death, the organization recovers its premiums plus interest plus additional key person insurance proceeds. The organization adopted a split dollar insurance arrangement in 2025 covering the Chief Technology officer and the Chief Information Security Officer. ICCU merged a smaller credit union in 2025. Under a severance agreement, the CEO of the credit union merging into ICCU received a retention bonus to stay on until the merger completed, the remainder of the four years salary he had left, and funds to cover COBRA. The total of these was $780,529. |
