CareSource Georgia Co.'s mission is to make a lasting difference in our members' lives by improving their health and well-being. The organization's vision is to transform lives through innovative health and life services. (Continued on Schedule O)CareSource Georgia Co. is a health maintenance organization licensed by the state of Georgia and serves members through Marketplace, Medicaid, Dual Eligible Special Needs Plans, and the PeachCare for Kids and Planning for Healthy Babies programs.
