TO PROVIDE ADVANCED COMMUNICATIONS SERVICES AND GAINFUL EMPLOYMENT TO ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF OUR MEMBERS AND EMPLOYEES' LIVES WHILE IMPROVING THE ECONOMIC WELL-BEING OF THE COMMUNITIES SERVED.
